Windows max drone reached unable to deloyed

For two days many I have been unable to deloy my drone it is saying max drone reached unable to deploy, my original drone isnt showing on the map either,

Command to clear the drone is "jd clear username"

If that does not resolve it, then close the client entirely, open your save folder up, and delete drones.dat and drones.dat.bak. This will remove all drones in the world, so have your friends pick theirs up before you do this. Then start the save up and run the jd clear command again.

this command set does not work with consoles from what I have found.
