PS bug in server

I have made a server change and it has asked me to manage the saved games, I have deleted the character and the information and when I try to join the new server it does not let me start because it says that I have to manage saved games when the information is empty and the space is available

The error states that you don't have enough space for the world.

Fully shut your device off and unplug it for 5-10 minutes. Then give it another try.
