Drone Medic Mod - Inventory deletion

Being healed by the Drone Medic Mod will delete anything else in the drone's inventory. This bug has been in for quite a while now, since 1.0 at least.

Thank you for reporting.
This is a known issue, and there is already a high priority internal ticket for it.
I have added a comment saying that the issue is still valid a few days ago.
Hopefully there will be a fix for it soon.
