Windows Issue with POI and error

In the Desert Bio at the Athletics Arena I get something I have not ever gotten before. The Error is: EXC NotimpmlementedException: CoptFrom() notimplemented yet.

I am running the stable 2.0 which I think is like 2.1, I have searched the forum for this error. Attached is the screen shot. Here is what I have done to try to complete this.
1.) Shut down the game (playing solo no server)
2.) Verified my files on Steam. (A download did occur.) Thought was fixed.
3.) Spawned in again touched the quest Flag same error,
4.) Went out on the web found tons of these types of error about incompatibility with previous versions.
5.) I am running with no mods
6.) I only created this game session based on 2.0. So, have been playing the game and progressing since Stable 2.0
7.) Cancelled and Failed the quest - There goes my perfect game - Don't care but I would not like this to happen again if possible.Screenshot 2025-08-03 171903.png
 
That screenshot is useless. Details are in the log.
For a screenshot, open the console and type 'dbs' so it gives us world, coords, and POI data.
