Friend cant join server anymore

I can't have a friend play with me because it keeps telling them that the were kicked from the server and they aren't allowed to join anymore. We tried making a new server and still doesn't work. Please help
 
Either your friend needs to make a Game Support post of their own or they need to send you their most recent log from when they tried to connect.
