Will not update to a new version

Steam не хочет обновляться до новых версий. Я уже перепробовал все предыдущие варианты, как это сделать вручную. Не понимаю, почему.

What version are you trying to update to? Steam should update your game automatically unless you changed your settings. If you could provide screenshots of the game when you try to update, that would be helpful.
