Perception Mastery level 4 and 5, thoughts.

Hey folks, just wanted to throw this out there, and see what people think.

PM level 4, +25% damage w/spear. (But only while sprinting and Power attacking)
PM level , +50% damage w/any rifle. (No conditional modifiers)

Just looking at what other think about this, and what might be done, if folks think this is wrong.

Keep the sprinting requirement but increase the damage to 50%.
