V2.1 local multiplayer toolbelt stutter?

Hello everyone! Haven't been as active these last few years but I'm secretly enjoying the new storms updates. Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this weird problem or if it's something on my end? Can't figure out what might cause it, but I will just use the mouse wheel to scroll through my tool belt, and my girlfriend who is playing in the same room with me with another PC (one direct to router, one (my laptop) connected to wifi) will get very bad screen stutter. I do not get stutters when she scrolls through her belt.

No mods being used.

The more we've tested, it seems other actions will cause a stutter as well, such as getting on the motorcycle.

Here is a Google drive link to a video of it happening with the toolbelt.

Any ideas would be helpful! We didn't run into this prior to the new 2.0 updates as far as we can remember.

Try it over a wired connection to the internet and see if the issues disappear. There may be an accesspoint internal network fabric bandwidth saturation that is occurring causing your issue.

The studder issue sounds like there is an interference or wireless saturation issue.

You could also be dealing with a corrosion issue on the internal antenna on the wireless mouse. Or the mouse could be failing or the batteries in it could be getting low.

Most studder issues are a client side processing issue from what I have observed. So lower your graphics settings to see if things act better.

Most likely the issue is laptop + WiFi

Great point. What are the specifications on the laptop? Laptops are notorious for poor GPU performance along with poor processor performance due to size and heat constraints...
