Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on how to get crossplay working using a dedicated server on a spare PC at home? I have ports 26900 - 26903 TCP/UDP forwarded on my router. Everything in the serverconfig.xml is default except I've changed the server name, removed SteamNetworking from network protocols, enabled crossplay and verified all other settings shown in the official documentation are correct.
My friends on PC can connect, however, PS5 can see the server in the list but they receive an error that states "connection to server failed. Could not retrieve server information". Does anyone even have crossplay working on this type of configuration? Whenever people use the term "dedicated server" they're usually referring to a cloud gaming provider that they pay for.
Thanks
