We have a Xbox series x and a Xbox series s we play the game on both the game on the series x once clicked screen just turns black and nothing happens the game doesn't load at all. The game seems to work fine on the series s no issues I'm not understanding how the game works fine on the series s and doesn't work at all on the series x we even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game on the series x and it still doesn't work

Most common fix is to just unplug your Xbox for about 10 minutes to clear the RAM. Consoles don't cleanup memory very well and this will happen with games that require a lot of RAM.
