Error when trying to loot

I had completed the Hybrid Mining quest & was looting the end of quest loot when I got an unrecoverable error when trying to loot the ammo pile.

The end loot in the Hybrid Mining POI has a bug. A large ammo pile is apparently duplicated and they overlap with each other. When the first one is looted you can't loot the second one. The result is a red error in the console.

The world was created in version b285 and a fetch and clear quest was started in b289.
