ERR code can't open boxes

Keep getting this ERR. We had a pngperfect server for a private play with friends for Twitch streaming. We updated to the new update and instantly started getting errors. Aside from resetting everything back to level one..which I understand because of the update..we also now have this bug that whenever we try to open some boxes it just freezes us out of all crates. This is game breaking. Wonder if you guys know what to do?

Also the loot crate that was on the map has vanished and can't be picked up.

We don't have any quests at all to upgrade our characters since they've been reset back to lvl 1 from lvl 100.

You didn't happen to install mods and remove them at some point did you? ERR No ItemClass entry for type 67584 is the issue, although it doesn't really say much. Maybe make sure the server has all the correct files too through a file verification/reinstall. The null reference wasn't throwing in the server log, so make sure all of your clients do not have mods installed also.
