After the update, I keep on getting this message after I downloaded the update on my Xbox and tried to join my friends game. He gets the same message when trying to join my game.

Having the exact same issue, my pc friends can join, not Xbox friends. My Xbox on my router can join, but not Xbox’s on other routers. I have tweaked a bunch of setting combinations to see if I can get it to work, no luck
 
Dedi server setting
