Windows Rain all time HELP!!!

Hi, I need help. I have a problem with the rain, and it doesn't stop raining. I have a game on the 18th, and it's been raining and thundering for 11 hours. Every few minutes it seems like the sun is about to come out, but it lasts for 5 seconds, and then it starts raining again. I'm desperate. Is there any way to permanently remove the rain?

I've tried the following solutions:

Commands like weather rain 0 and weather clouds 0. They haven't worked. They remove the water and cloud effects, but the game's lighting remains as if it's raining, dark and gloomy, and the sun doesn't come out.

I've installed mods like Clear Skies and LessRain.
They also don't work, and it continues to rain 100% of the time.

Does anyone know how to permanently remove the rain without commands? Or with other mods that do work?

Might want to check your mods, this is likely the issue here.

I installed the mods after the problem arose, looking for a solution. With or without mods, the same problem persists.

Well, your video you linked also had mods installed, especially this early mods are not all updated yet. When making a bug report, please remove all mods and verify your game files through Steam and then try it on a new save to see if the issue persists.

All installed mods have been tested on 2.0. Of the 14 mods I have, which is actually roughly 8, only one modifies the biomes.xml file, which is the Agriculture mod. I've tried removing the Agriculture mod, but the problem persists.
