PC Anyway to disable the CM and DM commands?

Would like to be able to disable the use of the CM and DM commands via F1, anyway to do so ?

Neighbors son always comes over to play 7 days with me on my other pc and ALWAYS insists on hosting the game, mainly so he can use CM and DM commands and yet makes it worse for me since I cant and wont use them, just trying to disable it for good on the hosts pc if there is anyways to do this.

Not sure if there is a way to prevent it via commands unless he makes you Admin (which I am still unsure if you can disable his commands even then) but I feel like you can prevent this entirely by not letting him host in the first place.

Maybe this anti-cheat mod will work, said to randomize the command names.

yeah he refuses to join my games, so i completely stopped joining him at all

Not sure as I haven't started a server in forever but will editing the serveradmin.xml file work.
If you added his steam number and set his permissions to 1000 and then uncommented the dm command and added the cm command and made their permissions to 0.
