Using Navazgane map.
I was streaming tonight, went through a blood moon horde on the Burnt Forest, did all the usual standard game things otherwise.
Everything was fine. Performance was the way I expected it to run.

Decided to go to the desert biome and as soon as I got close, my GPU started lagging and my FPS dropped from 100 to 15-30 range. I did stay in it awhile to do the Biome Badge things and never saw it get above 30.

When I got back to my base in the Burnt Forest my FPS finally went back up to normal levels. I even went into Gravestown in the Burnt Forest after and didn't experience any significant frame drop. It seemed to be caused specifically by the desert.
