Windows Friends cannot see quests

My friends cannot see their quests when trying to obtain biome badges. even tried 2 saves and did not work and this user does not have any mods installed, if he did they would have been deleted from the mods folder and the appdata area too.

Any help is appreciated.
 
Need logs. There is a Pinned thread that tells you to read it before you start a thread.
Log from both the host, and from the client when this issue occurs would be best.
