That. Pack mule and Hard target perks make you God together or alone with little armor, and don't even get me started if you add heavy armour or another perk that reduces damage. I've been playing non-stop the new experimental in order to get those two perks to level 5 (player level 34 already lol). They are severely unbalanced, as even when they weren't maxed out, I barely took any significant damage. I already have radiated zds and they are a breeze to kill. A bit of a sponge breeze but a breeze nonetheless.

Is there a possibility to nerf those two perks to values not so crazy? I mean Pack mule 5 with a 20% chance to avoid any damage would already be brutal, plus Hard target with a 25%-30% would be best (it takes way longer to level up than Pack mule and it's conditional to movement, that's why it should be higher).

I tell you, I never had such an easier time playing than with this experimental and those two perks. I don't think feeling like Heman at early game is the intended design.

This would be perfect and faatal did say it will get nerfed at least pack mule will
