Started playing on a server and when I first loaded into the game I got none of my starter quests. Make an axe, plant fiber and so on.  When I go to my achievements page it is completely blank.  Has anyone encountered this and is it fixable?

I logged on to an old server I have played on in the past.  When my character joined the world all the starter tasks like making a bedroll and axe were not available.  Also all my challenges for the game are blank as well.  Does anyone know if there is a fix for this.  The server is modded and I...
