Anyone got a seed that is mostly pine forest, mountains and lakes, and preferably not too heavy on cities and towns?

I updated to 2.5.43 and now I just get console spam at launch, I made sure my base copy of 7dtd was updated to A20.1 and pre-synced on the mod launcher, but it seems to make no difference.
