Yeah since 17, I tried shrinking my base fence size but they still spawn inside the fence(some not all), makes all my blade traps a bit useless. Do they spawn off player location or claim block?

I always build my base fence the same size and zombies always spawned outside but recently the zombies are spawning inside the fence. What is the spawn radius and can it be changed. Thanks
