a bad feature on pvp-servers. It almost make no sense to hide your base

It didn't fall. I just placed the claim block and built wood frames tower. My screen shows that this tower has height more than claim bounds, but blocks steal have green backlight(means claimed area)

Claimed area has unlimited height. I checked this on my server and some others(all of them have this bug). What is wrong?
