Sorry, I haven't. But I did find an underground bunker in the town. It's pretty easy to find, it's in the southwest portion of the town close to the perimeter. I would give coordinates but Im not on the game right now.

Hey man thanks a lot. I'll definitely have to try out these seeds. I think I've tried InsaneHCA14 but I couldn't find much, but that might be due to the fact I don't think I looked around enough. And if the dirt road bug on PS4 refers to NOTHING being on dirt roads, then yeah it's on Xbox too...

Actually most, if not all, of the seeds on PC don't carry over to console. But I'm REALLY in need of some seeds man I ant find any
