Yah, I used to think the traders were dumb, but there's nothing else to do with all the garbage loot. Otherwise it's just gonna build up to infinity. All I really want is to get rid of the missions, because the last time I tried making a server the carebears just grinded missions all day...

I don't want to get rid of traders, just the missions. The trader itself is fine. Otherwise there's nothing to do with all the loot garbage. How do you generate a world that's entirely Wasteland. Have you done this yourself? I don't see any option for that. Where is it?

Is there any way to disable trader missions? I tried to make a server and people just did mission grinding. It was dumb, they never did anything else. Is there a way to make a wasteland only map? The custom map insists on a minimum 7% from each biome.

I found this feral server, just started their seed on a random map - seems fun, settings are a challenge for sure

Ah, it used to be a different color, I assumed yellow was an error.

I put up a dew collector and it just has a yellow flashing water drop where the water normally appears. There's no indication anywhere what that means or what the problem could be.

I've never done a trader quest. Why work for a bot? I survive on my own, without the trader. It's less of a grind.

What makes them 'too low'? I've noticed they are lower, and for a survival challenge game - I'd say that's an improvement.

..and you are whining already? I've played this game since before traders existed, and I just ignore them entirely. No idea why you are crying. I've never done a quest. You don't have to do them. .

I use these settings on the Wandering Horde mod: Every 1-3 hours it will send 1-25 zombies in my direction. They become a continual presence, milling around day and night. Sometimes the hordes will overlap, and you have to be careful or you will run right into one.

Someone bought me this game years ago, it's really the only game I have on Steam. I like it a lot. It's what I wanted years before. Minecraft with zombies that break down doors. It's a pretty great game! So congrats on 1.0 and sorry about all the crybabies. I know I cried about the water changes...
