    I feel like the better way to do this is give people a 25% XP gain buff when they've been alive for > 1 hour real time. Then take it away if they die. It feels like a reward for playing well rather than being ground into the dirt by a death loop which feels lame.

    I think trying to improve the AI endlessly isn't really feasible as people will always find ways to exploit it. It probably would also quickly start to feel un-zombielike if they became too smart. I made a few suggestions for new infected >here<.
