Yeah, sure, you can do that but, there will be many players that will have no idea about this that will update their game when 2.0 releases, only to discover that they can't play their save anymore with no way to go back to 1.0.

So my question is how will this work for console players? because they can't just go back to and older version like PC can. So will console players just be locked out of their saves when 2.0 comes out?

Since they probably won't make 3rd person accessible without commands I think they should just add the ability to access console commands on the PS5 and Xbox series S/X versions. i know ark allows you to use them on console so i don't see why you shouldn't be able to on 7 Days To Die, if it's...
