Cool, thanks Joe. That would make the elixir pretty much unusable if it did wipe the books IMO. Glad it doesn't.

You can find out quickly. Make a new game, turn cheats on in the options, find some books in the creative menu, read them, drink the elixir and see if it wiped the books.

Me, too, please. I am tired of having to type sg optionsfieldofviewnew 90 every single time I start the game. I usually forget, join our server and have to leave and type it in then rejoin again. Super annoying.
