Im playing at alpha 17.1 now after update on old save , everything works good but MAX stamina not regenerating can someone tell what i can do to fix it ?

Greetings , anyone know where to find now at alpha 17 Forge and Workbench at Desert biom or nearly bioms . I searched at this big city south east desert biom , and just found a Chemical Station . In maps that i looked at google there was Forge and Workbench . Help please need to fix a bicycle :/
