I had the same problem as the op and quit playing! After reading this thread, I'm Back!!! Gonna deck myself out a melee character. Super excited! How about some suggestions on the best perks / order?

Currently i'm using a pistol with full mods but was wondering what others use. I'm running into increasing amounts of radiated and wights. I'm handing them with a few bandages and absolute panic, but was curious what people's "go to" weapons are.

Just curious what choices you guys made with weapons and perks. I've heard the bow with all the perks wasn't that good. A17e!
