What are the best settings for my pc. I've tried looking up but to no avail.

Thank you sir. I highly doubt this, but is it possible to make a new character and load it to my current game? Ex. In ark survival, I can make a new character and load it in to local game and then admin everything to the new character.

I've looking for any concerning character creation and I can not find any. I've looked thought the menu. Is there character creation and if so how do I go about don't that?
