    Notice how I quoted just the floors part ;) For outdoors, yeah, some spawns will happen; but biome spawns are so few that it isn't a big deal to just let them. Later on add a couple turrets. On occasion I've used a plate floor to prevent "parking space" spawns, for the most part they'll line up...

    You .. don't. A land claim blocks POI spawns, and biome spawns only spawn on terrain blocks (and hordes, presumably also screamers). No need to destroy a single wood block or a concrete block, no spawns on those within a claim.

    It's not an impossible task, but it'd cost 50% more to add that third block into consideration. Now, that's not a direct impact, but in principle it could mean having to drop max_alive from the current 30 to 20.

    I don't think your question is answerable; the name isn't unique to a seed (there are many seeds that will result in the same name). And thus a seed can't be recovered from the name alone. (I may be wrong, but that's how I think it works...)
