Besides to my own traps, taking on Army Post #7 infested woefully under equipped. However it is my favorite death as I got to watch my body get crowd surfed by every zombie down there. Took me back to my concert days.
The hitching with vehicles will be partially fixed in a hotfix they just posted about. Still will impact passengers but being worked on. Not sure when will get to console but in exp now.
It does eventually fill in for deeper areas but I find it takes more buckets than you would think so I tend to only do that with smaller areas. Just have to keep pouring.
For larger areas I fill a level at a time. I’ll do one block deep and fill that in. Then I’ll dig a part of it 2 blocks...

Version 1 map took me about 400 days to finish what I had wanted to build. I am in the 200s on my version 2 map. Not sure how long this will go. Have around 15 more buildings to complete the framing of. Then I have to paint, add furniture/deco, and place all the water.
I mean it would be nice if at least the lamps and bodies that show to guide the path didn’t show up until a quest beacon was triggered. How hard would that be to do? Are any like that besides the remnants? Console so new here haven’t explored them all. Worth a pimp dream?
From the old console version to now my favorite things added are all the block shapes and paints. After that all the new POIs to explore and towns/cities to just drive though, take a look around. Jobs have been fun but for this playthrough just doing enough to open the trade routes to sample...
