Anyone else have or had the issue of not being able to get past the title screen? “Press start” option isn’t even coming up

Looking for any help, my game loads up until the title screen. Then the press start option doesn’t appear for 20+ minutes. Every other screen after that is the same as well. I’ve done multiple hard resets and nothing has worked. I’d like to not have to delete game and lose my worlds.
