The way I understand this is our new saves and hopefully the save we're on now are safe. Restoring the old saves is at best 50/50 and will be sometime in the future. Is that right?
Got patch, deleted saves locally, synced. 2 saves that were affected by the EULA problem still not accessible. Current game playable. This is a step in the right direction. Before the patch every time I synced the game I got the ".. Agree to the new EULA.." and then had to start a new game.
Tried that in the beginning no joy as well. I'm a bit afraid to try it now. Every time I get "... agree to the EULA ..." message is after my xbox syncs the game data.

Just happened to me again (twice now). First, I got Xbox is syncing 7D2D data ... Then EULA. Now I have 2 saves that are unplayable. Could this be a number of days played thing? How many IRL days between having to accept the EULA? For me, so far, every 15 days I have to accept the EULA and...
Their website says this is the support site. I'd guess they're aware of the situation. IF we ever hear anything from them is a good question. Should have bought the Long Dark, lol
I asked him. We'll see what he says. I'm in Georgia, another person was in Idaho. There's a lot of real estate in between. Not a small region by any definition.
Do you live in the States?
Small region? Like most of the USA? Just saw where it has happened to someone again. Very frustrating if this is going to be a normal occurrence.
