That's what I thought at first too, but they're -4% mobility. Its happening with all my other gear as well, I just showed the boots. Maybe its that the customized fittings give 3% to heavy armor only?

First time posting here, not sure if there's a separate area to ask a question like this. But is anyone else having an issue with customized fittings only giving a 2% mobility increase instead of the listed 3%
