I run an i7 8700K, 1080 and I can run this game on maxed everything with ease BUT I need to have shadows off for that. If I turn shadows on, it drops to 30 FPS for me. I use a 1440p monitor with constant 60 FPS (Vsync) if I have shadows as low as possible.
