Ok I was able to change the character but it did not help.  Thank you for trying to help with this.  Much appreciated!  Let me know if you come up with another idea!  Thank you 

On the xbox i do not see an option where I can change the character for a game that is not brand new   

I tried the first option.  It took me to a dead end where when i clicked on the game it said, clear reserved space.  that was the only option. As far as getting data logs I had to request them and it says it may take a while.  

389 MB.  Only played one world.  I never turned on cloud based unless it was pre set that way 

I have the same issue.  I’m on like day 128 and I’m stuck on the initializing screen.  I can create a new game, so that works.  So after months I am locked out of my world.  Please help!
