I think as a person who dies 5 times in the first 2 days on a new play through 18.3 I would suggest tutorial of bandages.. and yes to the blunderbuss idea as well. Also with the changes, on this round I have yet to find any parts to a vehicle in the first 28 days... so kudos on changing that...
