Ive gotten solar panels offered a bunch as tier 5 quest rewards (from trader jen) (green/blues) and ive also been offered a solar bank bundle for completing tier 6 quest rewards. (it came with 3 solar panels of varied tiers, a wiring tool, solar bank, 10 relays and 3 wiring 101 magazines)

Mine still has the one on the end degrading like normal, my problem i have in my game right now is that the wire is attaching closer to the halfway point of the post instead of the end, causing zombies not to trip it at all in my horde base setup.

seen it after i posted but yah quite annoying. used to make it more risky to leave base at night to do things with the threat of wolves and bears along with zombies. 😞
