It's too easy to accidentally switch items in the tool belt due to the scroll wheel being permanently bound to this. It'd be good to have the option to disable scroll wheel for tool belt while retaining it for zooming. It's particularly bad on an Apple Magic Mouse, leaving me no choice but to...
