There is currently a known issue that causes issues in POI's when they get reset while living or defeated entities are still present in them. It's likely that this issues causes the stability issue you've experienced. I'll move your thread to Work in progress to check it again once the reset...

On a second look I noticed that this issue has been reported before in this thread. It was fixed in a previous build and seems to be back. I'll check what might have gone wrong.
