    Menu 'Patch' for Hammer and Wrench?

    The hammer and wrench do not display the 'Modify' option when it it isn't in the hotbar as there are 6 potential actions but the Menu will only display 5.  I have not seen a mod that allows all 6 options to be displayed. Is this something that can be fixed with a mod?
