    Friends can only join when i Join or someone is actively in the server

    So i have a group of about 3-4 friends, and sometimes i want to start the dedicated server but i myself don't want to play yet, however my friends can't see the server in the list until i join the server. I have opened the ports for the server in my router in the "virtual servers" section...
