I'm currently on day 11 and have got all the perks for farming, plus i have a farm plot where each item will be 4x4 in blocks/seeds.
With all the perks, im getting 7 [iirc] items per farm block so enough to replant a seed and have a small excess. Obviously this only becomes a viable food...
Currently in the process of a new youtube channel in which the games i play are all roleplayed and seen through the eyes of X character [currently working on Skyrim / 7d2d / The Division], have recorded a few scenes so far of my 7d2d series and would like people's opinion on which video they...
As the title suggests, i know i need to upgrade my graphics card [thats next month or so though] but to play 7D2D at a reasonable level with A18 do i need to upgrade the RAM urgently?
Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Six-Core Processor 3.60GHZ
Video - GeForce GT 1030
Ram - 8GB
I am a total tech...
Currently level 47 and my point tree goes as follows.

Sexual Tyrannosaurus: Level 4
Pack Mule: Level 3

The map that i seem to be on has a LOT of desert/snow biomes around me and even with the correct clothing and on tier 3 of temperature protection i just can't stand in either for any period of time without having to either constantly drink or bandage/eat up.
I've always liked to set my bases up...
Some better shots of whats been done now so far :) Will be streaming large majority of the day tomorrow as i finish off building the giant animals [pig and creeper left to do] before moving onto more of the surrounding Lets Play builds they have. Hopefully this thread isn't annoying anyone...
Know this isnt the place to ask this but thought best to ask here than a new thread for a simple noob question :p
Put a lot of work into my current save [the previous build] but am i right in saying that since my build is 17.0, people can't join it now? Im purely using it as a creative mode...
Next update: Currently digging up the ground around the area to turn it to grass so it resembles more Achievement City. Geoffs house is coming along nicely but still nowhere near finished yet [will be installing the flood trap in there too hopefully].
Tomorrow i'll be streaming it as i build...
Just started to create Achievement City in the game and thought would post progress pictures as i go along.
Bottom picture is the start of Ryans and Geoffs house with the dirt ontop of Ryans house being forest ground [so once it's grown it should look ok, otherwise i'll knock out the outer...
Thank you! Also, i plan on releasing the world once i've done editing it to the way i like but is there a way to save the world at a current state before people go onto it and destroy it / edit it.
Maybe i'm just blind and can't see it anymore but is there still a mode where i can change the world as i see fit [not mods] and then have my friends join it too?
I like majority of those new aspects too [the survival part of the game], i personally just don't like the bits about base building. The new dungeons especially are great imo [a bit too many but hey better to have too many than not enough i suppose] and vultures can be a right pain [but again...
Was speaking to my girlfriend about this and the best way for me to describe it was like this
"I bought into game A and instead of a a gradual change to B to C to D [etc] they went straight from A to F"
There was a response earlier from madmole in the thread saying that you actually get more...
I like the game now as a survival game, but i hate the fact that it is no longer a build your own world game.
IMO the reason there has always been quite loyal players and streamers is that you can spend a long time building almost anything you could imagine. This is the reason minecraft has...
