I cleared the Cache and nothing changed an I think the game is less than 3 months old but this be the second time we played it Doesn't seem to matter where we are either

When I start new game looks fine but after a few days seems to look like the fog rolls in but never rolls out and makes it really hard to see anything anyone else know what the issue is an know how to fix it??
