With the help Bdubyah I was able to get it to work. He found a post from another user that was having a similar issue I was having. You have to turn on ASLR in Windows security settings. Mine was off. I'm able to get the mod to load now. I was having a similar issue with SCORE.

I'm using 5.0. I've been having issues with the previous versions of the mod too. This all started when 1.0 of the game was released. Never had an issue with any mods on A21 or any version prior.
