Random is good though. It makes it more like winning a lottery. I remember really wanting and needing a blueprint and then boom, you get it. It felt great.
I agree. Been saying this for a while. A hybrid system where action skills are level up by doing, crafting items uses blueprints, but the crafting quality is magazines. It would work perfectly. Points would also still be there for perks. That way spam crafting isn’t an issue.

Alpha 9. It was really unique, and at the time really hard. I died so many times and occasionally rage quit. But eventually got really good at it, and it was super fun.
They said they are going to make a sandbox mode with no need to use the trader. I think something is in the works. However, I really hope it has a hybrid levelling system that also uses LUBD for action skills.

Waiting for 2.0 to get fixed. Bring back LUBD for action skills like jumping and using bows, along with Magazines for crafting skills. I also would like the old stealth system back.
Please bring back stealth with "Hunted, Detected, Undetected". Perhaps add it as a perk similar to how we can detect animals for hunting.

Personally I say ditch all the biome challenges. The only challenge should be to have to gather resources to make the PPE for the biome you plan on going into.

I meant the recent performance boost with DLSS etc... They reduced wandering zombies back in alpha 12 or 13 if I can remember correctly. By now they should be able to increase it, or at least allow us to choose how much according to our specs.
