It's not available yet. Mod authors doesn't want to publish it before a21. They are worried that a21 might break it and they have to take mod down and let the hype die.  But, once it's ready, it will be posted at Flatscreen to VR discord community.

There are several workarounds: build workstations away from your main base, use smg/shotgun turrets to kill them or run less workstations

By the looks of your current hotbar, you are undergeared for t4 RP quest. It is no joke but the rewards can be T3 L6 armor pieces. I would not be suprised if there was +30 zombie trigger like the t2 RP construction site PoI.
