sad thing i can go right back to A19 and get 70-90 FPS  i stream red dead redemption 2, Forza 4 and 5, Dying Light, Far Cry 5 and 6, any other Graphics intense game with no problem just having this HUGE problem with A20

https://pastebin.com/zEW3b83p there are no errors in the log file, no mods. deleted alll seetings, started a new game, soon as i log in 60-80 FPS,, then in and near a city /town 40-30 FPS huge drop when i mob took 1 step 36 fps 44 fps then 30 FPS

over the past 7 years and 7,600 hours I have had a few problems with exp builds with A19 I could stream and play at 60-70 FPS no problem with a 20 its dropped to 40-- 17 fps ( add a few mobs and I'm done) I've deleted all game saves, uninstalled and reinstalled ( even installed to other SSD )...

thats if you play on full loot, i been playing 15% loot no respawn because hey in the real world we all don't have Magic Trash cans all over lol, i do see where your going its so easy to find stuff anymore, used to be hard to find stuff, 

whats with the enimies, (can't call them zombies anymore, i guess infected or mutant ) being able to jump like a friggin gazelle? they walk around barly moving get to the top of a ramp and BOOM i'm Micheal F'n Jordan...
