Dude....been asking for this since A4.....I made 2 airports when the plains biome was still a thing...a rural and an urban......I made planes and helicopters on runways that you could enter. Its possible....but even if they dont want those make them a static item in game....Cmon now..cant even...

Nope had an "experience" with planes though...... btw...not fun.....I do not recommend it...... ..........just makes sense to have something like that...Like Gup says......a small rural airport...they are scattered ALL OVER the country......why not....  Maybe thats the question....  :)...

QUESTION.............Im not a programmer/coder,  but......how come we cant have the ground snap to a block when placed. I dont know if anyone has ever played ECO...but when you dig a hole and place a block, the ground snaps to the block and closes up any gaps....making for a MUCH cleaner...

 More zombie options ...gets boring killing same ones over and over... Mix it up....... Scientists with biofuel beakers that can explode Military with explosives Construction workers with dynamite/nitro Postal worker with a package Garbagemen FIREMEN ZOMBIES etc etc I would also like...

Didnt say ...just for copters......just trying to say that they dont have to be major airports....just small rural bush runways maybe with a few out buildings ....just to add another scenario into the game that "kinda" goes with the theme ........ and maybe end game.

So why cant airports be built like city blocks and use 2 or 3 or more tiles having runways. But I think just small rural/suburban airports would fill the gap nicely....cessna size....we dont need a 767 landing strip .....is 150 blocks enough of a take off landing for the copter.....then thats...

Laz ...why are runways an issue......they are only 1 block deep.....whats the max size of a tile again. You dont need a major airport....the country is dotted with small municipal and rural airports.......even some are in small runway communities with peoples garages as hangars. you have...

It doesnt have to be a major municipal airport..... I had an airport on Guppycurs server ...at the time 200x200 was the max size...I had several hangers ....Actually had a small municipal one and a suburban rural one...both the same size . With the added blocks.....im sure it would be easier to do
